Responsibilities
- Advise clients on utility regulatory issues
- Prepare and review regulatory filings
- Represent clients before state regulatory agencies
- Assist with compliance and permitting matters
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Experience in utility regulation or environmental law
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Maintained bar admission in good standing
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
