Responsibilities
- Scrapes, stacks and loads pots, pans, dishes, trays, silverware and glassware into dishwasher.
- Sc rubs pots.
- Unloads dishwasher and stores contents in proper locations.
- Cleans counters, tables and chairs.
- Cleans ovens, grill, deep fat fryer and steam tables.
- Sweeps, scrubs and mops floors.
- Cleans walls, windows and ledges.
- Drains and cleans dishwashing machine.
Provides Assistance
- May wash and slice vegetables.
- May carve meat and portion items.
- May wrap food items for serving or storage.
- May set up, tear down and replenish food lines.
- May gather ingredients.
Uses Safety/Sanitation Procedures
Uses safety/sanitation procedures to protect self and others.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A Food Handlers Certificate must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
