Environmental Client Advisor
Marsh is seeking candidates for the Client Advisor position in the Boston, New York City, or Philadelphia office. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 times per week.

Join Marsh's best-in-class Environmental team, delivering expert broking and strategy solutions to help clients manage risk with confidence. As a Client Advisor, you will develop an understanding of clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide knowledgeable advice to complex clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with underwriters, involved in placing sophisticated insurance programs.
- Identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' day-to-day service needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead advisory colleague on medium-sized or moderately complex accounts.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice.
- Utilize risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance marketplace to review clients' exposures and loss experience, developing solutions for moderately complex client needs.
- Recommend additional products and services as solutions.
- Present, develop, and execute renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives.
- Partner with Placement to receive, negotiate, and evaluate quotes from carriers and present evaluations to clients.
- Participate in presentations to prospective clients, identify the need for new products, and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience; Environmental experience preferred.
- P&C license required or ability to obtain it.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100. The base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence 3 times per week, including at least one "anchor day" where the full team is together in person.
