Client Advisor

We're looking for a poised, results driven Client Advisor to be the face of CurrentBody at our first ever physical space, at Belmont Village in the New York area. You'll guide every client through a considered, one to one beauty tech experience and build relationships that last well beyond the first visit. What you'll be doingDeliver a refined, personal experience for every client, from the first welcome to the thank you follow upAct as the brand expert, consulting on each client's skin goals and recommending the right beauty tech with confidence and clarityBring the technology to life through hands on demonstrations and storytellingBuild lasting client relationships, recording preferences and following up personally to drive repeat businessAchieve and exceed individual and store sales goalsSupport product launches, events, and in store activationsKeep displays, demo stations, and the selling floor immaculate, to a luxury standardSupport inventory management and day to day store operationsPartner with the Store Manager and Keyholder to deliver a seamless, high performing team experienceComplete pre opening training so you're ready to welcome clients from day one Skills, knowledge & expertiseMinimum one year of retail experience, ideally in luxury, premium beauty, or another client focused environmentA proven sales record, with a history of meeting or exceeding targetsA natural ability to build rapport and deliver consultative, education led servicePassion for skincare, beauty, or beauty tech, and the curiosity to master the product rangeA polished presence, with excellent communication skills and attention to detailA self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environmentComfortable learning clienteling and digital toolsAble to commit to the full six month duration of the pop up Why work at The Beauty Tech GroupAt The Beauty Tech Group, we're redefining the future of beauty by bringing cutting-edge technology into homes around the world.
