Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain envelope processing machines to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment to meet quality standards.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in training new employees on operational procedures.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrative or production environment is a plus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is 7am - 3pm or 7pm - 3am, rotating shifts to cover 24/7 operations.
