What You'll Do
- Clear goods through customs and coordinate delivery to final destination
- Work directly with carriers, freight forwarders, CFS warehouses, truckers, and customers to keep freight moving on time
- Track, trace, and proactively update customers on shipment status
- Verify customs clearance and freight release for shipment availability
- Classify goods using the tariff coding system and calculate duty/tariff payments
- Prepare import/export documentation in line with customs regulations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, forwarders, and clients
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance preferred
- Candidates with coursework in International Business, Supply Chain, or Transportation/Logistics also encouraged to apply
- Fluent English required (read/write/speak)
- Bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a big plus
