About the Opportunity: The Entry Level WFH Customer Onboarding Rep connects with veterans and their families who have requested information about available benefits. This role involves guiding conversations, providing support, and helping clients make informed decisions. It contributes to the organization by delivering a meaningful service experience and supporting clients throughout onboarding and ongoing communication .Responsibilitie s:Meet with clients virtually using ZoomWalk veterans and their families through available programsAnswer questions and guide clients through next stepsSupport clients through onboarding and ongoing communicationMaintain simple digital records and documentationDeliver a professional, client-first experienceParticipate in training, mentorship, and development sessi onsQualificati ons:Must be authorized to work in the United StatesVeteran, military spouse, or service-oriented background preferredExperience working with people (customer service, leadership, operations,etc.)Strong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working independently in a remote environmentLaptop or computer with camera and reliable int ernetPay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant fa ctors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
