Entry-Level Trainer

About the role

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as Epic staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
• Participate in the training process from start to finish, including instructional design and development of training materials and scenarios.
• Work in tight‑knit teams outside the classroom to design workflow‑based training content.
• Collaborate directly with organizations to help develop their training.
• Contribute to projects that make Epic software more intuitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with a typical month including 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID‑19 vaccination
