Title and Registration Administrator

Role Details
- Location: On-site – Draper, Utah
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Process incoming title documents and Manufacturer's Certificates of Origin (MCOs).
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical title records.
- Prepare title releases and assemble title packets for shipment.
- Review documentation for accuracy and identify missing or incomplete information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title-related documentation issues.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or document processing experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new software systems and internal processes.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience processing vehicle titles or registrations.
- Experience working in automotive, lending, financial services, or document processing environments.
- Experience working with document management systems.
