Entry-Level Test Engineer

About the role

Support hands-on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and validation for advanced vehicle platforms.

• Prepare development vehicles and components for EMC testing, including setup of equipment and instrumentation.
• Execute emissions and immunity testing in accordance with internal and industry standards.
• Develop and use automation scripts (Python, Bash, or similar) to support testing and data collection.
• Troubleshoot test failures and assist with root cause investigations, capturing and analyzing test data.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and test execution activities for program milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (entry level candidates encouraged).
• Experience in a laboratory environment using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies).
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hands-on with test equipment and engineering hardware.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
