Entry Level Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Aid in the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Analyze financial information and prepare KPI reports for management.
• Support sales and property tax compliance, including return preparation.
• Maintain a fixed asset system across multiple entities in various countries.
• Contribute to the annual planning process.
• Assist with inventory cost management and G/L reconciliation.
• Handle ad hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or accredited lab
• Public Accounting experience a plus
