About the role

This full-time, on-site position is located at our Support Center off Hwy OT in Holmen. You will enjoy a casual (jeans!) work environment with Monday through Friday hours (8am–5pm). We provide all the training you need—no degree or previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reconciling the general ledger accounts and schedules
• Account for new, used, and wholesale vehicle sales
• Account for vehicle incentives and rebates
• Account for product purchases and cancellations
• Account for service and parts repair invoices
• Assist in daily banking activity
• Assist with month-end close process
• Support other accounting areas as needed

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Works effectively in a team setting as well as independently
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all positions and departments
• Ability to manage time, complete multiple tasks, and meet critical deadlines while responding to changing priorities
