Entry Level Sales Representative - MD
About the role
We'll teach you how to open a conversation with a homeowner. How to ask the right questions and actually listen to the answers. How to handle an objection and how to take a no. Training camp every week, ride-alongs before you're ever on your own, and a manager whose job is getting you to your first close. You get a base salary the whole time you're learning, so you're not gambling on your first month.
Here's the only part we can't teach. Show up. Give it everything you've got. Keep going after somebody says no. Do that, and we'll handle the rest.
