About the role

Responsibilities
- Learn the full 360 recruitment process from start to finish, including building relationships with senior-level tech executives, partnering with technology companies, and managing the journey from first conversation through to successful placement.
- Develop expertise within a specialist technology market, becoming a trusted consultant to both clients and candidates.
- Train to find and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, CRM tools, market mapping, and phone outreach.
- Build client relationships with hiring leaders at technology companies, understanding their talent needs and showcasing how Levin can help solve their hiring challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insight, coordinating interviews, supporting candidate preparation, and delivering successful hiring outcomes.
- Develop commercial skills across business development, negotiation, account management, and market research, using those insights to build strong client partnerships and support successful hiring.
Requirements
- Recent or upcoming graduates, ideally from the Classes of 2023–2026.
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by clear goals.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Curious about business, technology, sales, or people.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy office environment.
- Excited by performance-based progression and earning potential.
- Coachable, self-motivated, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and proactively using tools such as Outlook, Teams, and other workplace platforms.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment experience is required - sales, customer service, leadership, athletics, hospitality, fundraising, or campus involvement can all be relevant experience.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Basic understanding of technology trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Benefits
- $55,000 base salary, non-exempt, plus uncapped commission (expected first year OTE: $70,000-$75,000+; top performers: $100,000+).
- Performance-based promotions, with first promotion typically around 10–12 months, top 3 performers to Management (3rd promotion) in 18 months.

Pay
$55,000 base salary, non-exempt, plus uncapped commission (expected first year OTE: $70,000-$75,000+; top performers: $100,000+).
Schedule
Working hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm Friday. Wednesday WFH after your first four weeks.
