Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively and maintains strong relationships with candidates, internal customers and various levels of leadership.
- Work with operation leadership to understand headcount demand at all times and develop marketing and advertising plans accordingly.
- Review driver applications. Make determination if the applicant qualifies for defined role based on Ruan qualifications.
- Organizes calendars for interviews, orientation, road tests, physicals, and consistently follows up.
- Create and/or modify weekly advertisements for job postings as needed.
- Host weekly hiring calls with all levels of operation leadership.
- Execute and review all consumer reports to determine if the applicant meets the hiring guidelines.
- Use current system of record to maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Assures compliance with Ruan standards and DOT regulations.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
