Entry-Level Psychology Technician

Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with best practices and research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
