Entry-Level Psychology Technician

About the role

Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients to improve social skills, communication, and behavior management.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to monitor client improvement and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other therapists, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent and comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with individuals with ASD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.
