Entry-Level Psychology Technician

About the role

Join our team as an ABA Therapist at OurCompany. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide evidence-based interventions to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in home and community settings
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and comprehensive care
• Evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of BCBA and BACB guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
