Entry-Level Psychology Technician

About the role

Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals set by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, focusing on behavior modification techniques.
• Document progress notes and report regularly to the BCBA and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapeutic team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Skills

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
