Entry-Level Psychology Technician

About the role

Join our team as an ABA Therapist at our leading behavioral health center. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to monitor client improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy sessions and support to clients.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$40-$50 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.
