Assist the Buying Team with order execution, ensuring data integrity, maintaining material readiness, and providing team dashboard reporting. Resolve receipt and shipment issues and participate in various projects. Instrumental in new product launches, coordination, maintaining on-time supply, managing vendor relations, and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing buying orders and maintaining data integrity.
- Ensure material readiness for new product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain on-time supply and resolve shipment issues.
- Participate in team dashboard reporting and other project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and supply chain partners to enable product launches and shape sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, global procurement and operations manufacturing environment.
- Experience in supply chain management, purchasing, and procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems (Oracle EBS preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills
- Experience with SAP and Agile/Engineering PLM System.
- Understanding of data management and databases.
- Experience managing procurement needs for new product introduction programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic SQL knowledge.
Schedule
Fully onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Pay
$26.00 - $26.00/hr.
