Overview

At Quest Health Insurance, we help individuals and businesses find financial solutions for stability and long-term success. We are expanding our business debt solutions team and are seeking Business Debt Sales Representatives (Openers) to join our high-performance call center.

Position Overview

This role involves high-volume outbound calling to business owners. The primary tasks include making calls, qualifying potential debt situations, and setting up the next steps in the process. No license is required, and the process is straightforward and repeatable.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners daily
  • Use a dialer system to maximize call efficiency and output
  • Follow a simple script to identify business debt needs, qualify potential clients, and clearly communicate debt solution value
  • Transfer or set qualified leads for closers
  • Track activity and notes using basic systems (CRM/email)
  • Maintain consistency in call volume, talk time, and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable being on the phone all day
  • Experience in cold calling, phone sales, or call center environments (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow a script while sounding natural
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM, dialer systems)
  • Self-motivated with a high work ethic and resilience
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent under pressure
