The agency is expanding its new business efforts and is seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth
• Deliver thoughtful, needs-based insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Possess clear and confident communication abilities
• Prospect for new business through outbound and inbound opportunities
• Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations with prospects
• Cross-sell policies within the existing book of business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals

Requirements

• Active insurance license required
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Experience with needs-based selling conversations
• Comfort working toward performance goals and commission structures
• A coachable mindset with a desire to grow and improve

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a proven track record of success in sales. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

• Year-end total with base + commission + bonus opportunities would be $65,000 - $85,000
