Entry Level - Facilities Command Center Technician
About the role
As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center.
Responsibilities
- Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data
- Cook up to restaurant-quality meals at no cost
- Work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively
- Live in Madison, WI, a city known for its rising tech talent and accolades for being the greenest, best for renters, fittest, and best for young professionals
- Enjoy a four-week sabbatical after five years
- Participate in activities like kayaking in Patagonia, attending a Beyoncé concert in Ireland, building a library in Tanzania, and running a marathon in Antarctica

Requirements
You must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and be able to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
