Entry Level Commercial Roofer - Service Technician

About the role
Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems
- Follow instructions and perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
- Maintain a strong level of professionalism
Requirements
- Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders as expected activities
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Working Conditions
- Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature
- Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders
- Frequent lifting
- Mostly local travel within 1 hour
Pay
Starting at $22+/hr. Sign-on bonus of $250–$750. This range represents a good faith estimate; actual compensation will be based on knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
