About the role

Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems
  • Work in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions
  • Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
  • Follow instructions and job specifications while adhering to safety guidelines
  • Maintain a strong level of professionalism

Requirements

  • Commercial roofing experience preferred but not required (training available for the right individuals)
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly and 50+ lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature variations
  • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Working Conditions

  • Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature variations
  • Extensive standing, walking, and climbing ladders
  • Frequent lifting and physical effort
  • Mostly local travel within 1 hour

Pay

Entry-level pay starting at $22+/hr. This range represents a good faith estimate, and actual compensation will be based on knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation. Sign-on bonus: $500.
