Job Responsibilities

Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
Solve problems as they occur
Keep work area in 5S standard
Safely perform standardized work
Continuously improve the process
Be at the job every scheduled day
Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible

Requirements

Must have a Valid Drivers License
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have transportation to the office(s)
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the commercial roofing field
