About the role
Support the claims process by verifying customer orders and processing returns.
Responsibilities
- Verify customer orders and returns
- Process returns in accordance with company policies
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and returns
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all claim documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
