Entry-Level Autism Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients as per their treatment plans.
• Assess client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapeutic team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of ABA Therapy experience.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.

Note: This position requires availability during these hours.
