Entry-Level Autism Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions that promote social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of ABA Therapy experience.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
