Entry-Level Autism Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client needs.
• Document progress and outcomes in client files.
• Collaborate with other therapists and staff members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of ABA Therapy experience.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.
