Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings.
- Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other members of the therapeutic team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.

Schedule
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, typically 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.
