About the role

Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings.
  • Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapeutic team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
  • A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
  • A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis tools.

Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, typically 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.
