Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings.
- Document progress and outcomes in client files and reports.
- Collaborate with other members of the therapeutic team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay current with best practices and research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Ability to adapt to different learning environments.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
