Entry-Level Autism Specialist

About the role

Join our team as an ABA Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide evidence-based interventions to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in home and community settings
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate regularly with supervising therapists

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ABA Therapy experience
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday
