About the role
Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism through evidence-based practices. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings.
- Document progress and outcomes in client files and reports.
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay current with research and best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
- Ability to adapt to different learning environments and populations.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
