Responsibilities

• Swim Instruction and Relationship Management: Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Student Progress Monitoring: Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Champion Culture: Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment that helps build confidence in both students and staff.

Requirements

• The ability to work a consistent weekly schedule with minimal absences
• Undergo a background check
