Entertainment Technician - Hard Rock Arena

About the role

The Entertainment Tech assists in the operational functions of the Hard Rock Entertainment Department, including set-up and tear-down of events property-wide. Responsibilities include fabrication, assembly, and disassembly of equipment, scenery, wardrobes, instruments, and tools for professional shows and performances, as well as supporting day-to-day department operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up and tear-down of events across the property.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, and disassembly of equipment, scenery, wardrobes, instruments, and tools for shows and performances.
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure the department functions properly.
• Take direction and execute tasks in a professional manner.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Work collaboratively with others.
• Lift, pull, and push equipment as required.
• Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or trade school certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of event/concert production experience performing similar duties, or a combination of education and experience.
• Reasonable knowledge of all equipment, hardware, and software relevant to the discipline.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices and standards.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Physical ability to lift, pull, and push equipment.

Pay

$41.00 an hour.
