Entertainment Music Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Musical publishing administration
• Negotiating and drafting talent clearances
• Master and synch licenses
• Due diligence for catalog acquisitions and sales
• Drafting producer and mixer agreements
• Preparing various other legal documents on behalf of both artist and corporate clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience at a record label or music publisher in licensing or legal/business affairs, or within a music law practice required
• Solid knowledge of copyright principles a must
