Law firm is seeking an Entertainment Floater Assistant to support their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities Manage extensive calendarExpense reportsScreen and direct calls, manage emails, and correspond with talent and representatives of talent and studio executivesBook travel arrangements Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree requiredAt least 2-3+ years of entertainment experience requiredExperience at an agency, management company, law firm, studio or network preferred Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
