About the Opportunity:The ENTERPRISE SPECIALIST role focuses on maintaining and enhancing client partnerships by proactively addressing customer needs and resolving issues to support adoption and retention. This position plays a key role in delivering empathetic and effective customer service, ensuring clients' business requirements are met through coordinated case management and communication. Responsibilities:Assist with management of immigration matters on behalf of clients using the platformInitiate case filings as requested by clientsCoordinate with client employees regarding their case questionsAddress internal immigration and permanent residency inquiries and liaise with subject matter expertsMonitor case progress relative to start dates and timelinesCollaborate with clients' HR, talent acquisition teams, employees, customer service teams, and signatories to complete case documentationCoordinate approvals for work authorization renewals with internal partiesProvide regular updates and communications to relevant teamsPerform additional mutually agreed services Requirements:Relevant work experience; college degree preferred2 to 6 years in client-facing or customer service roles, or related account servicesPreferred experience in immigration industry roles such as paralegal or client-facing positionsAt least 2 years managing employment immigration cases or handling multiple projects/prioritiesExperience managing escalated issuesIntermediate proficiency with MS Office SuiteExperience with PowerBI is a plus Pay Range and Compensation Package:Hourly rate between $30.00 and $33.00 Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
