Enterprise Sales Lead - Enterprise Portfolio Solutions (West), Leasing Advisory

Primary Responsibilities

  • Nurtures new business relationships
  • Sells and contracts comprehensive outsourcing solutions to meet client requirements
  • Develops and sells lease administration, consulting, transaction management, leasing advisory, and brokerage services
  • Leverages relationships with the Market Development Team to identify and develop prospects
  • Maintains accurate sales reporting information in CRM and follows JLL’s sales and solution processes
  • Builds strong relationships with external RFP consultants, JLL brokers, leasing advisory professionals, and industry leaders
  • Identifies opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organizations
  • Collaborates with Markets and JLL Technologies colleagues and other Portfolio Solutions team members

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven experience as a salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills
  • Proven capabilities in developing solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing solutions, leasing advisory, and brokerage services
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales
  • Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility, presenting varying ideas to create value, challenging the status quo, and being able to think quickly, listen well, and react to clients and other key influencers
  • Able to exceed client's expectations and ensure excellence in delivery through the right solution, delivering win/win outcomes
  • Dedicated to working in a collaborative and respectful team environment

Preferred

  • Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles
  • Experience in leasing advisory, tenant representation, or landlord representation
  • Experience in real estate operations, brokerage, and/or outsourcing account relationship management
  • Understanding of leasing transaction structures, market dynamics, and advisory services delivery models
