Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond promptly to emails and messages from customers
  • Manage customer tickets and escalate issues to appropriate teams
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through feedback analysis and implementation of new strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
