Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Respond promptly to emails and messages from customers
- Manage customer tickets and escalate issues to appropriate teams
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through feedback analysis and implementation of new strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
