About the role
This is a true hunter role focused on net-new sales. You will open doors at mid-market and enterprise accounts, build relationships with technology and business decision-makers, and close new consulting and application-services engagements.
Responsibilities
- Own the full net-new sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and close — for enterprise application and digital-transformation services.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new logos across the Los Angeles / Southern California market.
- Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT/Engineering, and application and transformation leaders.
- Partner with delivery and solution teams to scope engagements and craft compelling, outcome-focused proposals.
- Accurately forecast and manage opportunities in CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual net-new bookings targets.
- Represent Invasystems at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities across the region.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding net-new revenue targets.
- Background selling enterprise applications (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS, Infor, or similar) and/or technology consulting and professional services.
- Demonstrated success owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to build relationships with senior technology and business buyers.
- Self-directed hunter mentality — comfortable building a territory and generating your own pipeline.
- Based in the Los Angeles area. This is a remote role, but you will be expected to meet clients in person regularly — lunches, dinners, on-site meetings, and industry events across Southern California.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills; disciplined CRM hygiene.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Skills
- Ability to build and manage a territory from the ground up.
- Experience in enterprise applications (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS, Infor, or similar).
- Strong relationship-building and executive presence skills.
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques.

Base salary of $120,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission.
