Enterprise Sales Director, Healthcare

For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large customers
• Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections and closing deals effectively
• Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate closely with the GTM team to deliver our product and implement sales campaigns
• Utilize AI tools throughout the sales cycle to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role with large account management
• Proven experience managing a $1M+ quota and closing complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset for identifying market trends and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation for enterprise clients

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
