About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is focused on driving Blooming Health's growth across the US healthcare ecosystem, including health systems, payers, managed care organizations, community health organizations, and other enterprise healthcare partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive Enterprise Outbound Prospecting
- Execute targeted outreach through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage stakeholders across healthcare organizations, including leaders in Population Health, Care Management, Quality, SDOH, Innovation, Community Health, Operations, and Partnerships.
- Build personalized messaging based on each organization’s priorities, incentives, operational challenges, and member or patient engagement goals.
- Research and Develop Target Accounts
- Understand organizational priorities around access to care, member and patient engagement, quality improvement, value-based care, health equity, and social needs.
- Identify the right decision-makers and influencers within complex healthcare organizations.
- Generate Qualified Pipeline
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Book high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
- Provide clean, well-documented handoffs with clear context, pain points, stakeholders, and recommended next steps.
- Refine Messaging and Market Insights
- Clearly communicate Blooming Health’s value proposition to healthcare stakeholders.
- Handle common objections and position Blooming Health as a strategic partner for member engagement, health equity, social care coordination, and improved outcomes.
- Share market feedback to help improve go-to-market strategy, messaging, and campaigns.
- Manage Sales Activity
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, notes, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Follow structured outbound sequences while personalizing outreach where appropriate.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or similar sales development role.
- Experience prospecting into healthcare organizations, health systems, payers, managed care organizations, healthcare SaaS companies, or other complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach experience.
- Ability to research accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, and personalize outreach based on business priorities.
- A clear, confident communication style with the ability to engage healthcare executives and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, metric-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare SaaS, population health, care management, analytics, member engagement, patient engagement, SDOH, or value-based care.
- Familiarity with health systems, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, managed care, community health, quality improvement, or health equity initiatives.
- Understanding of complex healthcare buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
