Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
