Enterprise Resiliency Lead
About the role
The Enterprise Resiliency organization of Corebridge Financial is responsible for preparing our businesses for the loss of personnel, technology, facilities, and third-party partners according to our defined policies and standards. Our team collaborates with Corebridge business units and corporate functions, as well as security and technology partners to plan, respond and recover from disruptions with the goal of restoring business process and technology capabilities while reducing business impact.
Responsibilities
- Work with C Suite Leaders and their organizations to deliver strategic Enterprise Resiliency projects
- Provide guidance, training, and QA for development of resiliency strategies and plan documents to respective Business Continuity, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery
- Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans have been adequately tested and gaps are identified and tracked until remediation is complete
- Ensure all program partners are adhering to Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and compliance obligations
- Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required
Qualifications
- 7+ years of related experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification (preferred)
- Experience with leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with people management and vendor management (preferred)
- Working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities, with a strong understanding of driving analytics and reporting
- Experience with using Enterprise Resiliency tools (e.g., Archer and Everbridge) a plus
- Understanding of how Cloud/CoLo/SaaS technical environments support critical business processes
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; can work well with others; proactive and eager to provide assistance when there is a potential incident
- Available for occasional work during off hours and willing to travel to Corebridge Financial facilities as necessary

- CBCP and/or PMP certification
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000 to $180,000 at the commencement of employment for the Jersey City, NJ area. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.

May include up to 25%.
