Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global resiliency framework aligned with business strategy
- Lead the development and execution of Business Impact Analysis programs
- Oversee corporate crisis management activities during enterprise-level crises
- Direct pandemic preparedness planning to ensure workforce resilience
- Integrate supply chain risk management into continuity planning
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in business continuity management and crisis response
- Proven leadership skills in a complex, highly regulated environment
- Expert knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and ISO 22320 standards
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills to convey risks and strategies to executive leadership
