Our client, a technology solutions provider in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a hybrid Enterprise Program Manager for a full-time position.
About the role
You will build out the company’s QA function from the ground up and serve as the primary contact for delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and program structures from scratch
- Manage stakeholder engagement
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigate issues before they impact timelines
- Lead and build teams
- Manage budgets and relationships
Requirements
- 10+ years in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience developing project plans and program structures from scratch
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday–Thursday
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the finance/investment industry
- Experience leading QA/Testing teams
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with generative AI tools and workflows
Pay
Expected base salary range: $180,000–$230,000 per year. The actual offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
