Enterprise Physical Security Systems Manager

About the role

This role serves as the technical lead for physical security infrastructure across Relativity Space facilities, including manufacturing sites, test locations, launch facilities, and corporate offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, hands-on installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and supporting security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure enterprise access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related physical security systems.
• Lead projects and manage vendor partners for system installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain enterprise access control, CCTV, and physical security systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Manage and maintain documentation of all security systems and configurations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the field of enterprise security systems, including LenelS2, Avigilon, and similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with low-voltage security infrastructure, door hardware, electronic locking devices, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of integrated security technologies and the ability to solve technical problems independently.
• Experience managing complex security technology projects and working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Security Technology, or a related field.
• Active or previous Secret/Top Secret clearance.

Skills

• Programming skills with LenelS2 and Avigilon systems.
• Proficiency in reading and terminating low-voltage cabling.
• Experience working from lifts and ladders as needed.

Pay

Hiring range: $80,000 - $120,000 USD.
